AIRCUMULATOR CAROUSEL is a multi-lane labor saving folder stacker that automatically receives and stacks flat small pieces. Often used as an automatic napkin folder and stacker, the Carousel also is ideal for pillowcases, bar towels, and aprons. The Carousel receives finished linen from a flatwork ironer then folds it onto multiple lanes of storage bars. Each lane of storage bars works independently and automatically advances its completed stacks of small pieces forward to the next position after the pre-selected stack quantity has been reached.

Only one operator is needed at the rear of the Carousel to remove the stacks of napkins, aprons, bar towels, or pillow cases. Three completed stacks (in addition to the stack in progress) may be stored in each lane before operator removal is required. The Carousel is available in a standard choice of four or five lane models but is also available in other multiple lane configurations.
